Refunds & Returns policy
ReefAsta is a registered Trademark of Pacific Biotechnologies (Australia) Pty Ltd ACN 640 746 603 (“PBA”). PBA strives to provide a high level of customer service and we process returns and refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
Our intention, however, is to provide a degree of customer service and deal with any consumer issue well above and beyond what is required by law, and we welcome any feedback from our customers that can assist us in improving our service.
If the Purchaser believes that the Goods supplied do not conform with the order placed, or that the price charged does not conform with the quotation given by PBA, the Purchaser will notify PBA in writing within 7 days, detailing the way in which the Goods or price do not conform.
Failure to give such notification within 7 days of the date of supply or date of invoice (as applicable) the Purchaser will be deemed to accept the Goods and that they are in accordance with the order and quotation.
The Purchaser will be deemed to have accepted the Goods as supplied if it fails to keep the Goods in the condition they were in when supplied or declines a reasonable request from PBA to inspect the Goods.
Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that payment was made. Refund payments may take up to 14 business days to be received. Refunds are solely made at the discretion of PBA and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we feel it is not warranted.
